Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abe999. By accessing, browsing, or using the abe999 platform in any manner — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or simply navigating the site — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

abe999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon the updated Terms being published on the platform. It is your responsibility as a Player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with abe999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by abe999, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is truthful and not misleading.

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the abe999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses therein.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must not register using a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity.
• You must ensure that the mobile number and email address associated with your account are accurate and accessible by you personally.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must notify abe999 immediately via live support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• abe999 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.

KYC documentation accepted by abe999 includes, but is not limited to: Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and driver's licence. Supporting documentation — such as a recent bKash or Nagad statement confirming the mobile number associated with your deposit method — may also be requested for payment verification purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

abe999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to any transaction on the platform. Players may fund their accounts and request withdrawals using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted at abe999's discretion and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and promotional tier.

• Deposits — Credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. abe999 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard charges independent of abe999.
• Withdrawals to bKash/Nagad — Processed within 15 minutes on average around the clock, including during BPL match days and public holidays. Completion time may occasionally extend during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts — Typically processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• abe999 reserves the right to request supporting identity and payment documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds.
• abe999 will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification or that are under review for suspicious activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

abe999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of opt-in, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each bonus offer specifies the minimum deposit required to qualify, the wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to the bonus and/or matched deposit amount, the eligible games or betting markets that contribute to wagering, and the expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money balances in your account. Real-money funds are always wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• abe999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a Player's account, the Player will be notified and any unmet wagering requirements will be cleared without penalty to the real-money balance.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player. Bonus Funds carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-money credits except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Progressive jackpot games and certain live dealer titles may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Refer to the individual bonus terms for a complete list of excluded games.

abe999 is committed to transparent bonus terms. The wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates for every active promotion are displayed in full in the Promotions section of the platform and within your account's bonus management panel.

Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the abe999 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game studio or sportsbook market as published within the game interface or betting market description. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to the specific game or market in question.

abe999 uses Random Number Generation (RNG) certified by the respective studio providers for all electronic casino games. Live dealer games are operated by internationally accredited studios — including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — under independently audited dealing procedures. abe999 does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate the outcome of any game round or live dealer session under any circumstances.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be treated as void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning round are not payable.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing committee for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures). abe999 is not liable for results declared in error by third-party governing bodies.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at the discretion of abe999's trading team. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid unless the market was suspended due to a technical error affecting odds accuracy, in which case abe999 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Maximum win limits apply per game round, per bet, and per day. These limits vary by game and market and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abe999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, including winnings.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with abe999's support or compliance teams.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting offer mechanics through coordinated multi-account betting, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to artificially meet rollover thresholds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the platform, or extract data in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the abe999 platform or payment systems.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or game glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a known or unknown technical vulnerability will be forfeited.
• Abusing, threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward any member of the abe999 support team or other players using the platform's interactive features.

Account Suspension & Termination

abe999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons, which are illustrative and not exhaustive.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by abe999 at the time of the verification request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring abe999 to restrict access to the account.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the account settings panel or through the support team.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, abe999 will endeavour to complete the investigation and notify the Player of the outcome within 14 calendar days. During the investigation period, the Player's funds remain held in the account and are not accessible for wagering or withdrawal.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, abe999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance, including any pending withdrawal requests and any Bonus Funds. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request (not as a result of a breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, following completion of applicable KYC checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the abe999 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed immediately and are not reversible during the chosen exclusion period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abe999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the abe999 platform or any of its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, abe999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's Services due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond abe999's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the Player's mobile wallet provider, bank, or internet service provider.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to the account resulting from the Player's own negligence.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market settlements attributable to data feeds or results provided by third-party sports data providers.

Where abe999's liability cannot be excluded by law, abe999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. abe999 operates its platform for the benefit of players in Bangladesh and acknowledges the cultural and legal context of the Bangladesh market in all operational decisions.

Any dispute between a Player and abe999 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation via the abe999 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. abe999 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. The abe999 complaints and disputes procedure is as follows:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction IDs or game round references. abe999 will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours (BST).
• Step 2 — Internal Review: A senior member of the abe999 compliance team will review the complaint and issue a written determination within 5 business days. This determination will include the reasoning, evidence reviewed, and the proposed resolution.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the determination at Step 2, you may request an escalated review by a senior compliance officer within 7 calendar days of receiving the Step 2 determination. The escalated review will be concluded within 10 business days.

abe999 is committed to player satisfaction and fair outcomes. We encourage players to raise concerns early and to engage constructively with the support and compliance team. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at Step 1 without the need for formal escalation.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. The version of the Terms published on abe999.net at any given time is the operative version and supersedes all previous versions. Players who registered prior to the most recent update are bound by the current version of the Terms from the date of publication.
